After the Harvest at Brown Dining Services
After the Harvest is Brown Dining's effort to deal with post-consumer food wastes. Instead of dumping foods in the trash, we redirect appropriate uneaten foods to either 1) area soup kitchens or 2) local composting facilities. Our goal is to reduce soil waste while helping to build rich, health soils at the same time.
